At John Henry's we take pride in our Sausage and Jerky products, they are made with only the best ingredients. All the meat used in our sausage comes from JOHN HENRY'S and other local Michigan farms. They will keep up to 3 months when refrigerated and can also be frozen for up to 9 months. There has been a great deal of time and energy, trial and error to perfect the recipe's that we offer to you. The art of making quality sausage and jerky is just that: "an art" and the people who we have making our products are in our opinion some of the finest around with years of experience. Pierogi’s
Perfect as a main dish, side dish, or snack. Just place them in boiling water and they are ready to eat in just a few minutes. You may also saute boiled pierogies until they are golden brown.
