At John Henry's, we take pride in our Sausage and Jerky products. They are made with only the best ingredients. All the meat used in our sausage comes from JOHN HENRY'S and other local Michigan farms. They will keep up to 3 months when refrigerated and can also be frozen for up to 9 months. There has been a great deal of time and energy, trial and error, to perfect the recipe's that we offer to you. The art of making quality sausage and jerky is just that: "an art" and the people who we have making our products are, in our opinion, some of the finest around with years of experience. Old Fashion Summer Sausage

It’s a summer style sausage made from the best cuts of beef and pork, perfectly blended with spices and allowed to age to obtain an old fashion seasoned taste and consistency. Perfect as a main dish, side dish, or snack. Just place them in boiling water and they are ready to eat in just a few minutes. You may also saute boiled pierogies until they are golden brown.
