One of the most tender of the beef roasts is the Beef Tenderloin. This roast is lean, succulent, and has a mild flavor. Perfect for grilling or roasting. Our butcher carefully trims off the tough silver skin so it's totally ready to cook when you receive it. This cut of meat is also where we get the famous Filet Mignon steak cut as well our delicious and tender Beef Kabob meat. The Half Beef Tenderloin is a smaller, trimmed down version of the Whole Beef Tenderloin.
