Memphis Baby Back Ribs - Easy Meal - 1 slab
Cooking Instructions: Thaw overnight if desired. Heat grill on high (about 550°F) for 10 minutes. Place ribs on top rack, bone side down, and cook on high for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low, and continue to cook ribs for about 2 ½-3 hours, until meat is tender and falls off of the bone, turning occasionally. Cut ribs by placing bone side up on the cutting board, and slicing in between every 2 to 3 ribs.
