All of our pigs here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and alfalfa, and they also love to rut around in the dirt outside looking for more snacks to eat! They are raised locally, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our pigs are pasture-raised and spend their days being outside as much as they wish!

P Patti Ashmore Polish Sausage/Kielbasa I bought this 2 pack not initially knowing for sure how I was going to use it... but I thought it would be just the right sausage for sauerkraut. I cut it into smaller fork size slices and brown them in a skillet. Added them to crockpot sauerkraut and it was so delicious and not normally as salty as a lot of processed kielbasa can be. 07/28/2021
