Our butcher cuts each Pork Shoulder at approximately 2.5-3.5 lbs and you'll receive 1 piece per package. The approximate price is based on exactly 3.00 lbs. Your exact price will vary based on the final weight of your meat. *Can be cut to order - up to 10 lbs!
