Prime Rib is one of the 9 primal cuts of beef. This fine grain roast, also known as a Ribeye Roast, is marbled to perfection. Our butcher leaves the bones fully attached to the roast for a lovely boost of flavor.

Bone In Prime Rib can be cut to your desired weight anywhere from 4-15 lbs. The approximate price is based on your selected weight. Your exact price will vary based on the final weight of your meat.

Serving Size Recommendation: For average servings estimate 1 lb per serving plus 1 lb for smaller roasts (2-5 lbs) and 2 lbs for larger roasts (5-8 lbs) to account for bone weight. 

All of our beef here at John Henry's is grass fed and finished, locally raised, no hormones and no antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides.
