Prime Rib is one of the 9 primal cuts of beef. This fine grain roast, also known as a Ribeye Roast, is marbled to perfection. Our butcher will completely remove the roast from the rib bones for easy serving and slicing.
Boneless Prime Rib can be cut to your desired weight anywhere from 4-15 lbs. The approximate price is based on your selected weight. Your exact price will vary based on the final weight of your meat.
