This cradle cut roast is perfect for your next special gathering. Our butcher will cut the bone rack partially away from the roast, leaving a small "cradle" portion still attached for roasting. After roasting, cut the meat the rest of the way from the bone rack for easy boneless slicing.
Can be cut to desired weight anywhere from 4-15 lbs. Your approximate price is based on your selected weight. The exact price will vary based on the final weight of your meat.
