This primal cut can be cut to your desired weight anywhere from 4-15 lbs. Our butcher will cut the bones partially away from the roast, leaving them still partially attached for roasting.

One of the 9 primal cuts of beef. Fine grain and marbled to perfection. All of the flavor of our bone in Prime rib, with none of the pesky carving! This cradle cut roast is perfect for your next special gathering. Our butcher will cut the bone rack partially away from the roast, leaving a small "cradle" portion still attached for roasting. After roasting, cut the meat the rest of the way from the bone rack for easy boneless slicing.
