The Quarter Beef Bundle Includes:
The total hanging weight of a Quarter Beef is approximately 175lbs with a finished take home weight of approximately 88lbs of meat. The pricing on this bundle is based on an approximate hanging weight of 175lbs with a price of $4.91/lb and includes the cutting, wrapping, freezer packing and labeling. You will pay one flat price with no hidden charges***. All meat cuts are approximate and will vary based on the actual size of the beef.
You can elect to have some of your roasts ground up or cut into stew meat. The T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks can be substituted for New York Strips and Filet Mignons. Our butcher will cut your steaks at a standard 1 inch thickness, but steaks can be cut at any thickness you wish. For local delivery, your meat will be wrapped in white freezer paper and frozen. The Ground Beef will be in 1lb plastic bags. Each package will be individually marked for easy identification. Your final bundle should represent about 88lbs of meat after the processing and packaging is completed.
