This easy marinade is so delicious, you'll want to make extra!!

John Henry's Bone In Chicken Thighs
3 lbs
Garlic Cloves
Vidalia Onion
1/2, chopped
Whole Limes
2, zested & juiced
Whole Oranges
2, zested & juiced
1 Tbsp
2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
Olive Oil
1/3 Cup
  • Blend all the marinade ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • Allow the chicken to marinade for at least an hour, or overnight for best flavor results.
  • Heat your grill to high to warm up the plates, add the chicken to the grill, then drop the temperature down to low.
  • Grill for 30 minutes, turning the chicken every 5 minutes to encourage even cooking. 
  • Remove chicken from the grill when the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F.
