INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Shrimp
2 lbs
Orange
1, juiced
Lime
2 - 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges
Wildtree's Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp
Wildtree's Chipotle Lime Rub
4 tsp
Wildtree's Rancher Steak Rub
1 tsp
PREPARATION
If preparing for a freezer meal: Add shrimp, orange juice, lime juice, Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, Chipotle Lime Rub, and Rancher Steak Rub in a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze. Thaw freezer bag completely before following the recipe. 

If preparing fresh, combine all the ingredients listed above into a bowl and stir to combine. 

Preheat grill to high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. 

Skewer shrimp and lime wedges onto metal grilling skewers or wooden skewers soaked in water to prevent burning. 

Grill skewers for 2 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and opaque. Serve shrimp with fresh lime wedges.
