Simple reheating instructions for our Hickory Smoked Hams.
INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Ham
desired size
Water
about 1 cup
PREPARATION
  • Add ham to crock pot. Plat the flat side down.
  • Add water to crock pot. (should fill to about 1/4 of the way up)
  • Season ham as desired. (optional - the ham is delicious without added seasonings)
  • Cover tightly and cook on low - 1 hour per pound
  • If you choose to baste the ham halfway through, do so quickly to prevent a lot of heat from escaping the crock pot.
  • Cook ham an additional hour if you like it tender and melting of the bone.
