This fall flavored marinade is great with St Louis Style Ribs, Turkey Wings or Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes!

Apple Cider
4 cups
1 large
1 large
1 stalk
4 cloves
Bay Leaves
4 small
6 whole
Flat-Leaf Parsley
4 sprigs
Finely chop (or use a food processer to chop) the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, cloves and parsley.

In a large container (like a baking dish or tupperware) combine all of the marinade ingredients together. Add the ribs or other meat of choice and add additional cider or water until the meat is completely covered.

Marinade the ribs overnight and keep refrigerated.
