Add Ground Turkey, shredded cheese, oil and steak rub to a zip-top bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Shape the freezer bag contents into 12 small patties using a 1/4 cup measure. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through: 165*F. Lightly coat both halves of the bun with mayonnaise and top each patty with red onion, tomato and lettuce.
