Smoked Turkey is a great option to offer during the holidays, and this Honey Mustard Glaze is perfection!

Smoked Turkey has a great taste that is unique in flavor, and it also makes a great substitute for Ham during the holidays if you have any pork restrictions amongst your guests. The sweet Honey Mustard Glaze added during the last 20 minutes of cooking compliments the savory flavors of the Smoked Turkey very nicely. Serve your Honey Mustard Glazed Smoked Turkey with cheese bread or garlic bread and butternut squash or sweet potatoes mashed and sweetened with brown sugar. YUM!!
John Henry's Smoked Turkey
Dried Mustard
3 tbsp
Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp
Ground Clove
1 tsp
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 

2. Place smoked turkey in a 3 inch deep roasting pan. Cover with lid or foil and cook for 2 hours or until the internal temperature has reached 155-165 degrees.

3. While the turkey is cooking: Combine the glaze ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

4. When the turkey is ready, remove the cover of your pan and pour the glaze over the Smoked Turkey. 

5. Cook for an additional 20 minutes to allow the glaze to thicken.

6. Allow turkey to rest before carving and serving.
