Check out this juicy and flavorful way to cook our pasture-raised Turkey!

John Henry's Whole Turkey
1- Whole Turkey (Any size 12-30 lbs)
1/3 Cup- Butter (Softened)
Garlic - Cloves or Powder
4- Garlic Cloves- if available or 4 tbsp- Garlic Powder
4- Springs of Rosemary - Fresh if Avaliable
1 tbsp- Parsley - Fresh if Available
1 tbsp- Sage - Fresh if Available
1 tbsp- Thyme - Fresh if Available
Poultry Blend
4 tbsp- Poultry Blend
Black Pepper
1 tsp- Black Pepper
1 3/4 tsp- Salt
Prepare the Herb & Garlic butter
Pull away the skin from the breast area of the turkey
Rub mixture onto breast meat and underside of breast skin.
Pull the skin back over meat and mixture
Rub remaining herb & garlic mixture all over the turkey
Place in pan
Preheat oven to 325* degrees
Roast turkey until the internal temp reaches 165* - Which is about 8-10 minutes per pound
Remove and allow to rest for 15 minutes
Plate and enjoy!
